What to Expect

We start identifying your needs during the booking process. You can expect multiple questions about how many animals you have, where they all are in their life journey, what town you are in or near, and all the basic contact details. From there a house or site visit will be scheduled so Dr. Nicholas can come to meet you and your family. We make each protocol to fit yours and your animals lifestyle, so don’t expect a generic pamphlet here! Depending on your needs we will schedule a follow up phone call or appointment or you will hear from us the next time vaccines are due. If you want to call us then don’t worry, we can remove you from all of our email lists so your inbox remains clutter free.
